Ted has been offering consulting services since 1984 in the areas of forensic accounting, fraud investigation, business valuation, and litigation services. He has also testified as an expert witness in all of these areas. Together with his team, he conducted complex investigations leading to seven and eight figure verdicts and recoveries.

Having managed numerous turnarounds during his career, Ted is a proven expert in the fields of insolvency, reorganization, and restructuring, employing several approaches, including in-court (bankruptcy) and out-of-court (ABC’s, creditor compositions and receiverships).

Ted is also an experienced Court Appointed Fiduciary (Receiver, Referee, etc.) in dozens of cases involving fraud, shareholder oppression, mismanagement and compliance issues.

Outside of his professional commitments, Ted enjoys traveling, and spending quality time with his family. He also loves scuba diving, exploring ship wrecks and doing amateur radio.
